The walk
7.6 km out-and-back walk near Pisa, almost flat (+17 m): about 2 h of walking. Easy paths and dirt roads. After the walk: lunch at Azzighe-Osteria a Metà in Livorno (16.5 km).
Easy path (grade T): wide tracks and short climbs, trainers are fine in dry weather.
