The walk
6.1 km out-and-back walk between Lombardia and Iseo, up to Punta dell'Orto, 481 m of total ascent: about 2 h 45 min of walking. Waymarked CAI hiking trail, between 263 and 762 m above sea level. Along the way: Pilzone. After the walk: wine tasting at Monte Alto (2.9 km). Reachable by train: Pilzone station, 137 m from the trail.
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.
