The walk

4.0 km out-and-back walk between Bonassola and Framura, up to Monte Grumo, 350 m of total ascent: about 2 h of walking. Waymarked hiking trail, between 381 and 667 m above sea level. Along the way: Reggimonti, Chiesa di Santa Maria Assunta and Montaretto. After the walk: wine tasting at Cà du Ferrà Wine & Tasting (1.1 km) and lunch at Raieü in Lavagna (18.5 km).

Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.
