The walk
5.7 km out-and-back walk between Nocera Umbra and Fiuminata, up to Bagnara, 283 m of total ascent: about 2 h of walking. Waymarked hiking trail, between 624 and 845 m above sea level. Along the way: Stazione meteorologica di Fiuminata Poggio Sorifa. After the walk: lunch at La Cantina di Spello in Spello (19.9 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.

From Assisi: about 35 min (24 km as the crow flies). Most trailheads have roadside parking or a small car park in the nearest village.
By train and bus
