The walk
4.1 km out-and-back walk , up to La Croix, 423 m of total ascent: about 2 h 15 min of walking. Waymarked CAI hiking trail, between 1867 and 2154 m above sea level. After the walk: lunch at Al Maniero in Issogne (12.7 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.

From Aosta: about 50 min (32 km as the crow flies). Most trailheads have roadside parking or a small car park in the nearest village.
By train and bus
