The walk
7.3 km loop between Lama Mocogno and Pavullo nel Frignano, 420 m of total ascent: about 2 h 45 min of walking. Easy paths and dirt roads, between 610 and 767 m above sea level. Along the way: Ponte d'Ercole. After the walk: lunch at Il Cantacucco in Zocca (13.2 km).
Easy path (grade T): wide tracks and short climbs, trainers are fine in dry weather.
