Almost-loop walk of 6.9 km between Capannori and Montecarlo, almost flat (+44 m): about 1 h 45 min of walking. Easy paths and dirt roads. After the walk: wine tasting at Fattoria di Montechiari (0.0 km) and lunch at Locanda Agricola Posapiano in Montecarlo (0.1 km).
Easy path (grade T): wide tracks and short climbs, trainers are fine in dry weather.
