The walk
5.5 km out-and-back walk near Filattiera, up to Sentiero 124, 323 m of total ascent: about 2 h of walking. Waymarked hiking trail, between 618 and 838 m above sea level. After the walk: wine tasting at Fattoria Ruschi Noceti (7.1 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.

From La Spezia: about 45 min (32 km as the crow flies). Most trailheads have roadside parking or a small car park in the nearest village.
By train and bus
