The walk
6.5 km out-and-back walk near Caltrano, up to Località Pozza del Favero (Rifugio Bar Alpino), 404 m of total ascent: about 2 h 30 min of walking. Waymarked hiking trail, between 1246 and 1489 m above sea level. After the walk: wine tasting at Transit Farm (7.4 km) and lunch at La Capr’Allegra in Gallio (12.6 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.

From Trento: about 1 h (42 km as the crow flies). Most trailheads have roadside parking or a small car park in the nearest village.
By train and bus
