The walk
5.3 km loop near Triora, 448 m of total ascent: about 2 h 30 min of walking. Easy paths and dirt roads, between 557 and 807 m above sea level. After the walk: lunch at Cian de Bià in Badalucco (10.5 km).
Easy path (grade T): wide tracks and short climbs, trainers are fine in dry weather.
