7.8 km out-and-back walk near Lenola, up to Rifugio di Monte Appiolo, 449 m of total ascent: about 3 h of walking. Waymarked hiking trail, between 521 and 706 m above sea level. After the walk: lunch at Lo Stuzzichino in Campodimele (2.1 km).
