The walk
5.4 km out-and-back walk near Entracque, up to Entracque, Cima del Toro, 424 m of total ascent: about 2 h 30 min of walking. Waymarked hiking trail, between 2033 and 2445 m above sea level. Along the way: Lago Vej del Bouc. After the walk: lunch at Locanda del Falco in Valdieri (14.9 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.

By car
From Cuneo: about 40 min (28 km as the crow flies). Most trailheads have roadside parking or a small car park in the nearest village.
By train and bus
