The walk
4.3 km out-and-back walk near Laces, 325 m of total ascent: about 2 h of walking. Easy paths and dirt roads, between 1734 and 1979 m above sea level. After the walk: wine tasting at Koefelgut (2.4 km).
Easy path (grade T): wide tracks and short climbs, trainers are fine in dry weather.

From Merano: about 35 min (23 km as the crow flies). Most trailheads have roadside parking or a small car park in the nearest village.
By train and bus
