5.5 km out-and-back walk between Labro and Arrone, up to Valle Campana, 357 m of total ascent: about 2 h 15 min of walking. Waymarked CAI hiking trail, between 430 and 757 m above sea level. After the walk: lunch at Osteria dello Sportello in Arrone (5.1 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.

From Terni: about 20 min (14 km as the crow flies). Most trailheads have roadside parking or a small car park in the nearest village.
By train and bus
