6.4 km out-and-back walk between Anzano del Parco and Monguzzo, up to Lambrugo, almost flat (+107 m): about 1 h 45 min of walking. Easy paths and dirt roads. After the walk: lunch at La Piana in Carate Brianza (10.4 km).
Easy path (grade T): wide tracks and short climbs, trainers are fine in dry weather.

By train and bus
