The walk
5.1 km out-and-back walk between Vallarsa and Trambileno, up to Rifugio Papa - Porte del Pasubio, 387 m of total ascent: about 2 h 15 min of walking. Waymarked hiking trail, between 1772 and 1968 m above sea level. After the walk: lunch at Ljetzan in Selva di Progno (15.1 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.

By car
From Trento: about 50 min (33 km as the crow flies). Most trailheads have roadside parking or a small car park in the nearest village.
By train and bus
