The walk
7.5 km out-and-back walk near Curino, up to Bivio BIAM46-BIAM49, Rifugio La Sella, 412 m of total ascent: about 2 h 45 min of walking. Waymarked hiking trail, between 612 and 734 m above sea level. After the walk: wine tasting at la Psigula (3.1 km) and lunch at Impero in Sizzano (18.3 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.

By train and bus
