The walk
6.3 km out-and-back walk near San Godenzo, up to Piancancelli, 366 m of total ascent: about 2 h 15 min of walking. Easy paths and dirt roads, between 1209 and 1486 m above sea level. After the walk: wine tasting at Podere della Civettaja (6.5 km) and lunch at La Tana degli Orsi in Pratovecchio Stia (10.1 km).
Easy path (grade T): wide tracks and short climbs, trainers are fine in dry weather.
