The walk
5.6 km out-and-back walk between Brusnengo and Roasio, up to Brusnengo, Fraz. Forte (N10), almost flat (+104 m): about 1 h 30 min of walking. Easy paths and dirt roads. After the walk: wine tasting at Roccia rossa (0.5 km) and lunch at Impero in Sizzano (13.1 km).
Easy path (grade T): wide tracks and short climbs, trainers are fine in dry weather.

From Stresa: about 55 min (38 km as the crow flies). Most trailheads have roadside parking or a small car park in the nearest village.
By train and bus
