The walk
6.1 km out-and-back walk between Framura and Deiva Marina, up to Ghiaia, 326 m of total ascent: about 2 h 15 min of walking. Waymarked hiking trail. After the walk: wine tasting at Cà du Ferrà Wine & Tasting (3.6 km) and lunch at Raieü in Lavagna (14.8 km).

By train and bus
