The walk
5.2 km out-and-back walk between Frossasco and Cumiana, up to Colle Aragno Est, bivio TOS005A-TOS007-TOS053, 462 m of total ascent: about 2 h 30 min of walking. Waymarked hiking trail, between 1242 and 1427 m above sea level. Along the way: Monte Freidour and Monte Sette Confini. After the walk: wine tasting at Coutandin (7.1 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.

By car
From Turin: about 45 min (32 km as the crow flies). Most trailheads have roadside parking or a small car park in the nearest village.
By train and bus
