The walk
7.8 km out-and-back walk between Città di Castello and Apecchio, 364 m of total ascent: about 2 h 45 min of walking. Easy paths and dirt roads, between 696 and 841 m above sea level. After the walk: lunch at Tipico Osteria dei Sensi in Montone (17.3 km).
Easy path (grade T): wide tracks and short climbs, trainers are fine in dry weather.
