7.1 km out-and-back walk between Arsago Seprio and Besnate, up to Besnate FS, almost flat (+80 m): about 2 h of walking. Easy paths and dirt roads. Along the way: Lagozza di Besnate. After the walk: wine tasting at Vitivinicola Laghi d'Insubria (4.4 km). Reachable by train: Besnate station, 29 m from the trail.
Easy path (grade T): wide tracks and short climbs, trainers are fine in dry weather.
