4.6 km out-and-back walk between Cenate Sopra and Pradalunga, up to Monte Misma, 408 m of total ascent: about 2 h 15 min of walking. Waymarked hiking trail, between 787 and 1124 m above sea level. Along the way: Monte Misma and Chiesa di Santa Maria del Misma. After the walk: wine tasting at Sassi della Luna (2.2 km).
