7.7 km loop between Casina and Canossa, 405 m of total ascent: about 2 h 45 min of walking. Waymarked hiking trail, between 341 and 638 m above sea level. Along the way: Ceredolo dei Coppi. After the walk: wine tasting at Barbaterre (5.9 km) and lunch at La Longarola in Lesignano de’ Bagni (16.3 km).
