6.0 km out-and-back walk near Amatrice, up to Francucciano, 190 m of total ascent: about 2 h of walking. Waymarked hiking trail, between 956 and 1103 m above sea level. Along the way: Moletano, Retrosi and Santuario dell'Icona Passatora. After the walk: lunch at Osteria del Castello in Arquata del Tronto (12.8 km).
