8.0 km out-and-back walk between Alba and Barbaresco, up to Alba, viale Cherasca, 252 m of total ascent: about 2 h 30 min of walking. Easy paths and dirt roads. Along the way: Duomo di Alba and Palazzo Comunale. After the walk: wine tasting at Mario Rivetti Cascina Serre (0.9 km) and lunch at Osteria dell’Arco in Alba (0.6 km).
Easy path (grade T): wide tracks and short climbs, trainers are fine in dry weather.
