The walk
6.6 km loop near Asiago, 351 m of total ascent: about 2 h 30 min of walking. Waymarked CAI hiking trail, between 1781 and 2072 m above sea level. Along the way: Cima della Caldiera. After the walk: lunch at La Capr’Allegra in Gallio (10.1 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.

From Trento: about 45 min (32 km as the crow flies). Most trailheads have roadside parking or a small car park in the nearest village.
By train and bus
