The walk
Almost-loop walk of 4.0 km between Palanzano and Tizzano Val Parma, 206 m of total ascent: about 1 h 30 min of walking. Waymarked CAI hiking trail, between 557 and 881 m above sea level. After the walk: lunch at Locanda Mariella in Calestano (12.4 km).
