Easy paths and dirt roads, between 1288 and 1576 m above sea level. Along the way: Chiesa di San Giovanni Battista. After the walk: lunch at Lou Pitavin in Marmora (7.5 km).
Easy path (grade T): wide tracks and short climbs, trainers are fine in dry weather.
