6.9 km out-and-back walk between Arenzano and Sassello, 209 m of total ascent: about 2 h 15 min of walking. Waymarked CAI hiking trail, between 983 and 1093 m above sea level. After the walk: lunch at Baccicin du Caru in Mele (6.3 km).

By train and bus
