The walk
Almost-loop walk of 4.5 km between Amandola and Monte San Martino, almost flat (+97 m): about 1 h 15 min of walking. Easy paths and dirt roads. After the walk: lunch at Agra Mater in Colmurano (17.0 km).
Easy path (grade T): wide tracks and short climbs, trainers are fine in dry weather.
