6.8 km out-and-back walk between Fiumedinisi and Itala, up to Monte Scuderi, 425 m of total ascent: about 2 h 30 min of walking. Easy paths and dirt roads, between 957 and 1221 m above sea level. Along the way: Monte Scuderi. After the walk: lunch at Casa & Putia in Messina (18.2 km).
Easy path (grade T): wide tracks and short climbs, trainers are fine in dry weather.
